A company is looking for a Sr. Workday Analyst, Recruiting & Talent.

Key Responsibilities

Design, manage, and control Workday configuration in Recruiting and Performance Enablement
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement new features
Provide systems support and analysis to meet business requirements and ensure compliance with change control policies

Required Qualifications

Extensive experience in Workday system support, configuration, and administration
Proficiency in Business Process Configuration and administration, including workflows and validations
Strong IT proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Ability to manage and analyze large amounts of data
Experience in consulting with business partners and end users
