Job Description:
A company is looking for a NOC Analyst responsible for managing
and maintaining client environments to ensure compliance with
company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform systems and network maintenance tasks and development
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of nightly maintenance
tasks
Manage routine alerting response and escalate incidents as
needed
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience managing maintenance programs in IT
Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field, or
equivalent work history
Experience in the legal industry
Experience in large-scale service delivery in a managed services
environment
