Job Description:
A company is looking for a Deputy BSA Officer to assist in
managing the AML compliance program.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and enhance the AML compliance risk governance structure
and reporting
Provide leadership in transforming the AML Compliance program from
manual to automated processes
Review new products and services for AML/OFAC compliance risks and
necessary controls
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
10+ years of AML compliance experience in a financial institution,
MSB, or FinTech
Solid background in risk governance and reporting
Experience with transitioning AML compliance programs to automated
environments
Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks
efficiently
