Job Description:
A company is looking for a Security Governance, Risk and
Compliance Lead / Security Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and mature risk management processes and
frameworks
Conduct third-party risk assessments and collaborate with legal and
business units for compliance
Manage security risk posture and report key risk metrics to
management regularly
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 7 years of experience in information security risk
management
Experience building and implementing Third Party Security Risk
Assessment (TPSRA) programs
Strong knowledge of healthcare security and data privacy standards
and regulations such as HIPAA and GDPR
Experience preparing for external audits and certifications (e.g.,
HIPAA, SOC 2)
Ability to use data to influence program strategy
