Salary Range: $20.8200 - $32.0300 /hour. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, skill level, and education.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

The EEG Monitoring Tech monitors inpatient Video and EEG recording for an uninterrupted clean recording and responds to patients' events. They are effective communicators in a multidisciplinary work environment.

The EEG Monitoring Tech displays and practices a work-style reflecting the mission, vision and values of the Neurodiagnostic Lab and Epilepsy Unit, as well as the organization. They participate in the continuous education and improvement of quality, process and maintain a working knowledge of the department policies and procedures.

Education and Experience

• One year of direct patient care experience which can include expeirience as a CNA, LVN, EMT, ECG, PCA or other patient facing position
• Direct patient care experience in an Epilepsy monitoring unit preferred
• Experience with Word, Excel, and EPIC preferred Certifications Required
  • BLS certification
