Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Material Planner to support
material acquisition plans for various programs.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with program teams to streamline the procurement
process of materials
Analyze material requirements and engage supply chain for optimal
acquisition strategies
Manage production and delivery schedules while maintaining reports
on material movement
Required Qualifications
BA degree or equivalent experience with 4-8 years of relevant
experience, or a Master's degree with 2-6 years of relevant
experience
Full understanding of industry practices and standards within the
discipline
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly intermediate Excel
experience
Experience with MRP and supply chain management
Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) requirements for
purchasing card orders
