Job Description:
A company is looking for a Data Scientist to develop data-driven
products that enhance the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
Develop algorithms and models to improve hiring products
Analyze datasets to uncover insights related to human interactions
and decision-making
Design and execute experiments to test new product ideas
Required Qualifications
2+ years of Data Science work experience
Degree in a quantitative discipline (MS or PhD preferred)
Experience with standard Machine Learning algorithms and model
evaluation
Proficiency in Python and familiarity with machine learning
libraries like numpy, scikit-learn, and pandas
Familiarity with novel NLP techniques and recommender systems is
preferred
