smooth delivery and completion of projects that support the success
of their programs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage project processing for Small Business Direct Install and
Instant Discounts offers
Review and approve incentive applications for accuracy and
documentation
Produce reports to enhance operational efficiencies and support the
Business Lighting program
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service and project
coordination
Ability to facilitate and coordinate team activities
Experience in data management and metrics reporting
Proficiency in process definition and improvement
Availability to support additional assignments as needed
