Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Counsel, Litigation &
E-discovery.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve vehicle-focused claims, disputes, and litigation through
strategic management and oversight
Manage eDiscovery processes, including vendor management and legal
hold administration
Provide legal support for incident response efforts and collaborate
with various internal teams
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited law school with at least 7+ years of
relevant litigation experience
Extensive experience in managing eDiscovery projects and case
assessments
Active member of the California or Texas state bar in good
standing; preference for Texas
In-house experience, preferably in a fast-paced tech company
Experience with ridehail, auto liability, or high-severity claims
is a bonus
