Job Description:
A company is looking for a Salesforce Technical Analyst with
proficiency in English and Portuguese.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud for case
management
Build flows to gather data for the SAP team to create customer or
material records
Collaborate with SAP through CPI for data integration
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Salesforce
Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Familiarity with Manufacturing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and
Experience Cloud is a plus
Knowledge of Copado Robotics Testing is advantageous
Fluency in Portuguese is highly preferred
