This role is critical in supporting our US healthcare customers by managing and optimizing IT systems and solutions specific to healthcare billing and revenue cycle management. You will play a pivotal role in the implementation, customization, and support of our RCM systems, ensuring maximum efficiency and compliance with US healthcare regulations.Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and maintain healthcare IT systems, focusing on RCM billing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements and provide IT solutions that meet US healthcare standards.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with HIPAA and other relevant US healthcare regulations.
• Provide training and support to the team on new technologies and system functionalities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining high-quality service levels.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in healthcare IT to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare IT, specifically in RCM billing systems.
  • Strong understanding of US healthcare billing, coding, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR), practice management software, and other healthcare IT solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
