Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Pharmacy Operations/Call
Center.
Key Responsibilities
Supervises daily operations to ensure prompt processing of drug
requests
Monitors compliance with CMS regulations regarding call handling
metrics
Acts as a liaison to resolve issues for internal and external
customers
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience
Active and unrestricted National or State Pharmacy Technician
license
3-5 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician, including prior
authorization experience
Knowledge of prescription drug products and dosage forms
Proficiency in Windows system applications
