Job Overview:As the Director of Training for Aesthetic Injectables,
this individual will report directly to the Senior Vice President
of Commercial Operations & Strategy and play a key role in the
successful launch and ongoing training development for Letybo,
Benev's new aesthetic neurotoxin. This role is responsible for
developing, implementing, and managing all training initiatives for
the salesforce and key internal & external stakeholders, ensuring
product knowledge, compliance, and sales excellence across the
organization.
Key Responsibilities:--- - - - - -Training Strategy Development:
Design and execute a comprehensive training strategy for the
successful launch and continued development of Letybo, ensuring
that the sales team and healthcare providers are equipped with the
necessary product knowledge, compliance training, and sales
skills.--- - - - - -Sales Training Program: Lead the development
and deployment of sales training programs, including product
knowledge, competitive positioning, objection handling, and
on-label promotion to ensure compliance with FDA regulations.--- -
- - - -Sales Certification & Continuous Education: Implement a
certification process for sales reps and healthcare providers,
ensuring compliance with medical standards and ongoing education in
product updates, market shifts, and sales best practices.--- - - -
- -In-Practice Training: Develop and implement in-practice training
programs for healthcare providers, ensuring effective product use,
safety, and patient outcomes.--- - - - - -Compliance & Regulatory
Training: Work closely with the Legal and Compliance teams to
ensure that all training materials adhere to FDA regulations,
company policies, and industry standards, including on-label
promotion requirements.--- - - - - -Field Coaching & Support:
Develop a framework for ongoing field coaching for Independent
Sales Representatives (ISRs) and inside sales teams, including
role-playing scenarios, feedback loops, and performance improvement
plans.--- - - - - -Sales Enablement Tools: Partner with the
marketing and sales teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality
sales enablement tools (e.g., training materials, scripts,
presentations) to support field activities and enhance customer
engagement.--- - - - - -Leadership Collaboration: Collaborate with
the leadership team to ensure alignment of training initiatives
with business objectives, sales goals, and corporate strategy.--- -
- - - -Performance Tracking & Evaluation: Create tools to track the
effectiveness of training programs, ensuring the ongoing refinement
of content and strategy to improve performance and knowledge
retention.
Qualifications:--- - - - - -Experience: Minimum of 6 years of
experience in training and development, preferably in the
aesthetics, pharmaceutical, or medical device industries.--- - - -
- -Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of neurotoxins and/or
injectables in the aesthetic industry.--- - - - - -Regulatory
Experience: Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, compliance
standards, and the ability to train teams on maintaining on-label
promotion.--- - - - - -Training & Development Expertise: Proven
experience in designing and executing training programs, sales
certification processes, and ongoing learning initiatives for sales
teams and healthcare providers.--- - - - - -Leadership Skills:
Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage
large-scale training rollouts with demonstrated success in driving
sales performance through education.--- - - - - -Project
Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of training materials and
programs.--- - - - - -Communication: Excellent written and verbal
communication skills, with a strong ability to engage and educate
diverse audiences, including sales teams and healthcare
professionals.--- - - - - -Technology Proficiency: Experience with
learning management systems (LMS), CRM platforms, and digital
training tools is preferred.
Compensation:--- - - - - -Base Salary: Competitive, commensurate
