Job Description:
Currently working with top companies in the Greater San Diego
area seeking experienced Receptionists! These are fast-pace
environments and will require excellent customer service and
multi-tasking abilities.
Typical job duties may include:
? Answering multi-line phone system and directing calls
? Provide great customer service to clients face-to-face and on the
phone
? Be able to task-jump and prioritize
? Keep schedules organized with meetings and other events
Successful candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a
professional setting, be highly skilled with Microsoft Office,
excellent decision making skills, and an outgoing personality. If
