for Navy DevSecOps solutions like Black Pearl, collaborating
closely with the Marine Corps counterpart within the Neptune Cloud
Management Office.--- You will leverage your recent experience as a
DSO product manager or practitioner, focusing on scaling and
sustaining complex systems; Your technical acumen will drive the
continuous improvement and reliability of our DSO solutions.--- You
will utilize your knowledge of IT service management principles and
practices, such as ITILv4, to enhance customer experience and
ensure operational resilience.--- You will display your business
acumen by developing comprehensive product roadmaps, accurate cost
estimates, and optimized support strategies.--- You will apply
Human-Centered Design (HCD) techniques to refine and automate the
customer journey for DSO onboarding, usage, and workload
deployments across various production pathways.--- You will serve
as a BLACK PEARL SERVICE OWNER in the Naval Warfare System Command
(NAVWARSYSCOM) Requirements Conditions of Employment--- Must be a
